- Wedding Cakes of Splendor by Kim Garrod I am City and Guilds qualified with three distinctions and have 4 international Gold Medals for cake decorating, I was awarded three gold medals at Hotelympia Salon Culinaire international de Londres and I was awarded a Gold Medal for my Royal Iced Wedding Cake at Cake International at the Excel London in 2012. I have also achieved many first place awards from the British Sugarcraft national competitions at Bexley Heath, London. I have been trained by master bakers so you can be sure your cake will be of the highest professional standard. I specialize in Wedding Cakes, both Royal Icing and sugarpaste.
